Mac Virtual Display
Device-matched HiDPI displays for accessing your Mac remotely—at home or away.

Connect on your local network or securely from outside.
macOS recognizes it as an independent additional display.
Stream a dedicated Mac workspace to the Fold without Apple Sidecar.
Choose the workspace that matches your device
Every included profile uses crisp 2× HiDPI scaling at 120 Hz.
A workspace that fits the device

Captures and streams the managed display when integration is enabled.
Use Artemis on Android and Galaxy Fold, or Moonlight on iPad.
Optional at home and recommended when connecting from outside.
For a steadier stream: connect the host Mac by Ethernet whenever possible.
Everything needed for the first connection
Install the companion apps on each device, then pair Sunshine once. Tailscale is optional at home and recommended when connecting from outside.
Host apps
Sunshine needs Screen Recording and input permissions in macOS.
Fold apps
Use the stable nonRoot game APK on a normal, non-rooted Galaxy device.
iPad apps
Choose the iPad profile in Mac Virtual Display when connecting with Moonlight.
Open Sunshine, grant the requested macOS permissions, then create the Web UI account at https://localhost:47990.
For remote access, sign in to the same Tailscale network on both devices and copy the Mac's 100.x.x.x address. Local-only use can use the Mac's local IP.
Select the profile that matches your device, enable Sunshine integration, and click Turn On before opening the stream.
Use Add PC manually in Artemis or Moonlight, enter the Mac IP only, then submit the four-digit client PIN in Sunshine's PIN page.
Open Desktop. On Fold, use 2448 × 1848, 120 FPS, HEVC, Fit, 65 Mbps, and leave Use Virtual Display off.
